More Full Bio
Jonah E.R. Loeb was born in Seattle, Washington. His storied past includes narrowly surviving the 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens, countless childhood misadventures at the hands of an ethically challenged parent, being a life-threatened controversial cartoonist, founding an independent film distribution label IndieDVD, losing said company to corporate sabotage, hitting rock bottom selling used cars, rising like a phoenix to get a master's in publishing and writing, selling out to an international energy company--only to learn that it was all a ponzi scheme when it was raided by armed federal agents. His story then leads to humbly taking a job within his ethically challenged family--turning that company successful and honest... only to be double crossed by that same family, living in hiding, penniless, with wife and kids, and finally returning to his original passion: a career producing narrative storytelling.
